About Emma

Hi, my name is Emma Nagel, Nagel like bagel! I love to dance, and I have been training as a ballerina for 13 years. I am a Hufflepuff and a huge Star Wars geek. I like to think I am friendly and joyful. I am your person if you need someone to play Mario Kart with or just need someone to talk to. I can be adventurous and try new things like I really want to go sky diving at least once in my life. One of my favorite memories was when I went on mission trips in high school. I love building houses in Mexico and serving the people who are homeless in LA. My favorite Bible verse and personal call in life are from Matthew 5:16.

Emma's Special Achievements

I have been at Linfield for all 13 years, kindergarten to senior year in high school. One of my biggest achievements from high school is receiving honor roll all four years. Then, I have been at the Ballet Studio since I was five years old, doing all the summer shows and Nutcracker performances. I think my greatest achievement from dance was when I was given the special opportunity to play the part of Drosselmeyer in Nutcracker. Also, I was able to participate in YAGP, a dance competition, with a selected group of people from our dance studio for six years.

Emma's Plans after Graduation

After graduation, I plan to attend GCU for four years. I will be majoring in Dance Performance and minoring in Advertising and Graphic Design. There I will grow in my faith as a Christian and learn all I can with what I am passionate about, creating whether that be on paper, on canvas, on a computer, writing, or with the artistic, express movements of dance. And throughout life, I will live in God's unique purpose for me.
