About Charlotte

My name is Charlotte Rose Ku'ualohakala'iokona Segi, This was my first year at Linfield and I had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing teachers and friends to make my last year of high school an amazing journey physically and spiritually. High school has been quite the journey with many challenges but I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for the trials and most importantly my parents constant support and love that has always pushed me to strive to be the best version of myself and to always work hard. Matthew 5:16 says "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven". As I go into this new chapter of my life at GCU I pray that I would remember to always be light to others and to always look to God for guidance in the midst of everything. I'm truly blessed beyond belief to continue my education and I cannot wait to see what God has in store for me and my future.

Charlotte's Special Achievements

One of my biggest achievements was signing and interpreting ASL at my robotics competitions that were all out of state, and nothing was more inspiring then signing the national anthem and looking into the stands and seeing thousands of people crying and thanking me because they thought it was so beautiful to see ASL and I brought such a big impact to the awareness of sign language that its a feeling I will never forget. My second achievement is doing equestrian for 14 years, equestrian has taught me to always have patients, compassion and the dedication to hard work and I'm blessed to be able to continue doing what I love.

Charlotte's Plans after Graduation

I plan to attend GCU in the fall and major in data analytics. After college I then plan to go into the Air Force to hopefully work in aviation engineering or piloting.
